Request Erasure of Your Personal Data
Under UK GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure), you may request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. We will anonymise all personal information associated with your bookings — name, email, phone number, vehicle registration, and IP address — within one working day.
What we retain
We retain anonymised booking records (dates, product, payment status, amounts) for up to 7 years to comply with HMRC financial record-keeping obligations (GDPR Art. 17(3)(b)). No personal data identifying you will remain after erasure.
